Our Actions (As on 10th Jul 2025)

  1.  Repair work underway in C2 Tower to address internal maintenance issues.
  2. Repair work in progress for B1 Tower to improve structural and aesthetic conditions.
  3. Regular communication and engagement with tower residents is actively being maintained.
  4. Horticulture improvements are ongoing to enhance greenery and maintain landscaped areas.
  5. Triweekly fogging being carried out to prevent mosquito-related health issues.
  6. Cleaning of overhead water tanks is in progress to ensure water hygiene and safety.
  7. Beautification work at the society entrance is underway to create a welcoming and pleasant first impression. 

 


  1.  All 44 sewer chambers in the society have been thoroughly cleaned.
  2. CCTV coverage has been enhanced with new cameras installed in the LT Room and Water Pump Room.
  3. The security agency has been successfully changed for improved services.
  4. Comprehensive pest control carried out across the entire society, including the basement.
  5. Seepage issue in B1 Tower has been resolved.
  6. Greenbelt area has been illuminated to enhance safety and aesthetic appeal.
  7. DG (Diesel Generator) unit repaired and associated panels serviced.
  8. Additional play equipment installed in the children’s play area.
  9. Safety mat in the children’s play area has been replaced.
  10. Internal repairs carried out in B2 Tower.
  11. Society signage has been repaired for better visibility and appearance.
  12. Permanent solution implemented for the voltage drop issue in F3 Tower lifts.
  13. Beautification work completed in the DG area.
  14. Damaged fire safety equipment near the DG zone has been reinstated.
  15. Fountain near the swimming pool has been repaired and is now functional.
  16. Broken and faulty basement lights have been replaced.
  17. Shutter gate of the Solid Waste Management (SWM) area has been replaced. 


  1.  Basketball court to be secured with proper fencing for safety and usability.
  2. Dedicated entryway to be created for maids and delivery personnel to streamline access and enhance security.
  3. Replacement of the society’s nameplate with a new, more durable and visually appealing design.
  4. Emergency evacuation drills to be conducted to ensure resident preparedness and safety compliance.
  5. Renovation of the B Block park to improve aesthetics and functionality for residents.
  6. Enhancement of club facilities to offer better amenities and user experience.
  7. Revamping of the green area adjacent to the kids' park for improved landscaping.
  8. Community-wide plantation drive to promote greenery and environmental awareness.
